Phoenix Rising Therapy Center was founded on the principles of resilience and personal transformation. We strive to meet the community’s mental health and substance abuse counseling needs in an affordable and easily accessible manner.

Our current goal is to forge positive, collaborative relationships with community partners in order to expand services offered to clients.
